All posters should be prepared based on the official template. The poster size is limited to 90 cm (35in width) x 120cm (47in length), and portrait orientation only.

• Location: Along the Corridor on the First Floor of the Conference Building
• Time for display: 13:00-13:30, from October 22 to 24, 2024
• Time for putting up: Before 11:00 on 22 October 2024
• Time for taking down: Before 12:00 on 25 October 2024

• Since the poster board is 2.5 meters in height×1 meters in width, to give the audience a better performance, please keep your poster in the suggested size.
• Symposia organisers will provide a board for the poster. Each poster board will be marked with the Poster ID at the left corner. Authors will be responsible for printing and putting up/taking down the poster. The tape will be provided for poster mounting. We recommend that authors choose paper with NO ADHASIVE to make their posters and use the supplied tapes, which will make it much easier for them to put the posters on the boards.
• If you attend the congress in person, during the poster sessions, please stand by your poster to communicate with the audience.
• Kindly note that the poster service desk will not collect the posters not been taken down after 18:00 on 25 October 2024.
