Cancellation Policy
In case of canceling registration after paying the registration fee(including banquet), the registrant should apply by letter with signature.
If written notice of cancellation reaches the Conference Registrar:
- Before June 22, 2024: CNY200 will be charged as the cancellation fee.
- On and after June 23, 2024: No refund will be given.
